At Comfy Dwelling, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with store credit — in most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we'll issue store credit to your account within 2–3 business days. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order.

No Physical Returns or Exchanges. We do not accept physical returns or exchanges — approved claims are resolved with store credit, and you keep the item.

Non-Eligible Claims: items damaged due to misuse, and claims made after 30 days of delivery.
