Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 9–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is free on all US orders — no minimum.

Where We Ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at hello@comfydwelling.store and we'll look into it right away.
